A Little Death by A.J. Cross is the third in a British police procedural series about Dr. Kate Hanson a forensic psychologist who working with the local Unsolved Crimes Unit.  They are now trying to find the killer of a local college student whose body has been missing for a year.

Catching Christmas by Terri Blackstock is a novella full of Christmas cheer.  Cab driver Finn is not thrilled to be taking elderly forgetful Callie around town to Doctor's appointments and shopping but in spite of his frustrations Callie teaches Finn the true meaning of Christmas and introduces Finn to her granddaughter Sydney.  Love and Christmas spirit are in the air in this short story.
