The Other Lady Vanishes by Amanda Quick is a historical romance with a bit of a mystery set in the resort community of Burning Cove, California. Adelaide works in a tea shop where many Hollywood types hang out.  When Adelaide takes a delivery to psychic to the stars Madam Zolanda she finds Madam Zolanda dead.  Was the woman pushed or did she fall and what will Adelaide do if she becomes a suspect?  What if they find out Adelaide recently escaped from the Rushbrook Sanatorium where she has been held against her will.

Her Every Fear by Peter Swanson is a thriller set in Boston.  Kate Priddy has swapped apartments with her cousin so she will spend the next six months in Boston while he lives in her London flat.  She is having a great time until the woman in the apartment is next door is murdered and there are questions that Kate's cousin might know something about what happened.

Lost Luggage by Wendall Thomas features Cyd Redondo Brooklyn travel agent who is just trying to sell enough packages on a Tanzanian tour so that she wins a free trip for herself and a friend.  When she finds the owner of the pet shop next door murdered she has no idea how it will tie into the Tanzania trip.  Laugh out loud funny for fans of Janet Evanovich and Sarah Strohmeyer.

Ordinary Grace by William Kent Krueger is a coming of age story about Frank Dunn who is 13-years-old living in the town of new Bremen, Minnesota.  That summer, 1961 is the summer death visited the community and Frank seems to have a front row seat since his father is the Methodist minister in town.

The Widow's House by Carol Goodman is an atmospheric Gothic tale.  Clare and her husband Jess move to an old house in the Hudson River Valley to become caretakers while Jess works on his novel.  While there Clare starts to see the ghost of the Apple Blossom Queen who died in the 1930s and she hears the cries of a baby.  However there is no baby at Riven House.  What is going on?

The Dry by Jane Harper is the first in a new mystery series about Federal Agent Aaron Falk.  Falk has returned to his hometown of Kiewarra, Australia for the funeral of his best friend who died in an apparent murder/suicide taking his wife and elementary age son with him.  But the more Falk looks into the circumstances the less the evidence makes sense.  What really happened to Luke Hadler and his family?
