Little Shop of Homicide by Denise Swanson is the first in a new cozy mystery series Devereaux's Dime Store Mysteries.  With a good twisting murder mystery, interesting well developed characters and a little romance thrown in to spice things up, this is a great addition to the cozy mystery genre.
