A Covert Affair: Julia Child and Paul Child in the OSS by Jennet Conant takes a look at Julia and Paul Child in their work with the Office of Strategic Services during World War II in Southeast Asia. This book focused more on one of their colleagues Jane Foster who was rumored to be a Russian spy. Rather dry reading overall but it did have some very interesting parts.

What happens on that trip will change everyone's life forever. Recommended for those who enjoyed Kathryn Stockett's The Help.
