He loves the water, and one day while out on his skiff, he comes across a ship stranded on a mud flat. His first sign of trouble is when the driver of the boat pays him to pretend he never saw the stranded boat. Soon, Wrecker finds himself entangled with smugglers and has to figure out how to take them down from the inside so his family can stay safe. This is a great summer adventure, with good humor and a daring protagonist.
