Bent Road by Lori Roy follows the Scott family as they move to the family farm in Kansas after race riots break out in Detroit during 1967.  Arthur has left after his sister Eve died under mysterious circumstances, vowing never to return.  Now he is back with his family and it is stirring up old memories.  When a young girl goes missing all eyes turn to the Scott family.
