Foal Play by Kathryn O'Sullivan is a cozy mystery set in North Carolina's Outer Banks.  Colleen McCabe is the fire chief on Corolla Island.  There have been two suspicious deaths on the island this summer that have involved fire.  Colleen is determined to get to the bottom of this mystery before another person is harmed.
